Islamabad, Mar 14 2025: Rabel Sadozai, Director of Marketing and Sales at Fatima Fertilizer, was recently honored with the esteemed ‘Punjab Ki Beti’ Award on Women’s Day in the agriculture sector.

This recognition was presented by Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb on behalf of the Women Development Department and the Punjab Government.

She received this prestigious award in acknowledgment of her remarkable contributions and leadership in the industry. The award ceremony, held at the Chief Minister’s House in Lahore, took place in celebration of International Women’s Day.

Under Rabel Sadozai’s leadership, Fatima Fertilizer has strengthened its position as a pioneer in agricultural development. Managing a sales portfolio worth nearly $1 billion, she oversees multiple divisions, including sales, brand management.

Trade marketing, logistics, distribution, business planning, and farmer engagement. Leading a workforce of over 200 professionals across Pakistan, she has been instrumental in driving consistent growth and expanding the company’s market influence.

Expressing her appreciation for the honor, Rabel Sadozai stated that the award is a tribute not only to her professional accomplishments but also to the resilience and potential of Pakistani women.

She emphasized Fatima Fertilizer’s dedication to empowering women, particularly in rural regions, through initiatives that promote financial independence and skill development.

Under Sadozai’s leadership, Fatima Fertilizer has also collaborated with the UNDP, becoming the first Pakistani firm to align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals Impact Framework, committing to 15 SDGs.

Additionally, the company introduced the concept of “Salam Kissan,” establishing Pakistan’s first-ever Kissan Day, officially recognized on December 18th, to honor the contributions of farmers nationwide.

Furthering its commitment to gender inclusivity, Fatima Fertilizer has empowered over 2,000 women through the Sarsabz Tabeer program, an initiative providing USAID-certified training in farm food processing.
