Islamabad, Jan 5: Passengers traveling through Karachi are facing substantial disruptions due to train delays. Multiple trains arriving and departing from the city are running six to seven hours behind schedule, causing frustration among travelers.
Delayed Arrivals and Departures
Trains arriving from various regions within Pakistan are significantly delayed, with some facing delays of six to eight hours. Notable delays include the Khyber Mail Express, which arrived five and a half hours late, and the Karakoram Express and Karachi Express, which were delayed by six and seven hours, respectively. Departures from Karachi are also facing setbacks, with the Karakoram Express and Millat Express delayed by two and five hours, and the Pak Business Express delayed by five hours.
Traveler Frustration and Communication Issues
The delays have caused considerable inconvenience, with many travelers expressing frustration due to the lack of timely communication and solutions from Pakistan Railways. The ongoing issues have disrupted passengers’ schedules, leading to uncertainty and dissatisfaction.
