Islamabad, Oct 21: Rupee Declines by 07 Paisa Against the Dollar. In interbank trade, the Pakistani rupee lost seven paisas against the US dollar on Monday, finishing at Rs277.68 as opposed to Rs277.61 the day before.

Nonetheless, the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP) reports that the open market dollar buying and selling rates were Rs277.85 and Rs279.35, respectively.

According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the price of the euro rose by 25 paisa to close at Rs301.27 as opposed to Rs301.02 the previous day. The British pound saw a 46 paisa decline in value, closing at Rs361.56 compared to the previous day’s closing of Rs362.02, while the Japanese yen increased by 1 paisa to conclude at Rs1.85.
