Islamabad, Oct 25: Saud Shakeel Saves the Day for Pakistan with a Brilliant Century. In the third test in Rawalpindi, Saud Shakeel of Pakistan struck an incredible century to help get his country out of a dangerous situation against England.
Saud brought Pakistan closer to England’s first-innings score of 267 by displaying class, grit, and tenacity at the crease in the face of difficult conditions, while Rehan Ahmed was wrecking havoc in the Pakistani lineup.
The 29-year-old established himself as a rising star in the Test arena with an innings that was a masterclass in talent and patience, leading Pakistan to a stronger position.
Saud Shakeel has been incredibly consistent, and this hundred is just another milestone for him. Since making his debut for Pakistan in 2022, Saud has amassed more runs than any other batter in the country’s test matches.
