Islamabad, Dec 4: Sehat Kahani, a leading digital healthcare platform in Pakistan, has collaborated with Neem, an embedded finance provider, to streamline its financial processes and simplify payments.
This partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency, foster growth, and improve financial accessibility for patients, clinics, and corporate partners through secure, integrated payment solutions.
Neem’s system enables payments via cards, wallets, or bank accounts, with features like saved payment options for recurring transactions.
Catering to over 1.5 million patients, Sehat Kahani connects underserved communities to healthcare through telemedicine and e-clinics. Co-founder Dr. Sara Saeed noted that transitioning rural patients to digital payments increases security and convenience while reducing risks associated with cash handling. Neem’s integration also offers a detailed reporting dashboard, providing real-time insights into transactions and revenues to support data-driven decisions.
The partnership includes introducing dedicated wallets for corporate clients, enabling seamless distribution of health funds to employees. A digital wallet system is also planned for rural patients, facilitating their shift from cash-based to digital payments for safer and more inclusive financial transactions.
Neem’s embedded finance solutions transform Sehat Kahani’s payment management by improving transparency, reducing costs, and enhancing financial workflows. Neem Co-founder Vladimira Briestenska highlighted that the partnership sets a new standard for embedded finance in Pakistan’s healthcare sector, making healthcare payments more efficient and accessible.
