Islamabad, Dec 9: The City Traffic Police Rawalpindi has recently upgraded the Shehbaz Sharif Park Driving License Centre on Rawal Road to enhance public service. A spokesperson confirmed that the upgrade was completed quickly to provide citizens with more efficient services.
The primary objective of the modernization is to offer a smooth, transparent process for obtaining driving licenses. With the new system, applicants will experience quicker service and fewer delays, ensuring a streamlined process.
Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Benish Fatima mentioned that the center now utilizes the latest technology to improve convenience for citizens. She emphasized that the updated system would not only speed up license issuance but also address complaints more effectively.
Additionally, the CTO is actively training traffic personnel, including senior traffic assistants, to improve public interactions. Every day, staff members are called to the Traffic Headquarters at Racecourse for guidance on maintaining a professional and courteous approach toward citizens.
CTO Benish Fatima highlighted that the traffic police aim to make life easier for citizens and resolve their issues promptly. “Our behavior and performance should demonstrate that the traffic police are here to assist the public and earn their trust,” she stated.
