Islamabad, Apr 28, 2025: In a major stride toward digital transformation in education, the Sindh government has announced the launch of a state-of-the-art online learning platform aimed at delivering the complete intermediate curriculum.

Drawing inspiration from leading global platforms like Coursera and Khan Academy, this initiative promises to revolutionize access to quality education across the province.

The platform will feature recorded and interactive lectures and is expected to benefit around 250,000 students every year, with a dedicated focus on uplifting young girls from underserved regions.

This progressive step underscores Sindh’s commitment to promoting inclusive and modern education.

To bring this vision to life, the Science & Information Technology Department (S&ITD) has invited electronic bids under the project titled “Online Education Platform for Sindh”, with an estimated budget of Rs. 108.525 million.

The project will be executed on a Turn-Key model, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery.

Interested firms, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR or SRB, must submit their bids electronically through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 2:00 PM on May 15, 2025. A pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on April 30, 2025, at 11:30 AM to guide potential bidders.

The Sindh government reaffirms its commitment to transparency and innovation, setting a strong example for digital learning initiatives across Pakistan.
