All nursing institutions and colleges in Karachi and Sindh will start offering nighttime programs in an effort to address the lack of nurses.
The director of the Sindh Nursing Examination Board, Najma Mangi, declared that the goal of this project is to greatly improve the nursing field.
She said that Sindh will provide nighttime sessions for the first time, taking a cue from Punjab.
It is anticipated that this strategy would increase the number of nurses and speed up efforts to reduce sickness.
Najma said that the number of nursing graduates each year may quadruple with the introduction of nighttime programs.
