Who Can Apply? — Eligibility Details
To take advantage of this empowering offer, applicants must meet the following conditions:

Be a permanent domicile holder of Sindh province

Be a female student or employed woman

Have a valid two-wheeler or car driving license

Must not sell or lease the scooty for a minimum of seven years

Clear a basic road safety test if selected through the draw
