received offer letters from the ministry. In order to alleviate the teacher shortage in federal government schools and colleges, the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training started a recruiting effort, which is currently in its final stages.

According to a Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training official on Monday, 237 Elementary School Teacher (EST) vacancies were advertised in March. Of them, 102 were for males and 135 were for women.

The establishment of four separate interview panels was then approved by the Establishment Division in order to proceed with the hiring process.

Between May 28 and June 5, each of the four panels—which were chaired by a BS-20 officer and comprised representatives from educational institutions and the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (MoFEPT)—conducted interviews.

This approach was taken in order to guarantee openness and guard against outside interference. As a result, offer letters were sent to 211 eligible individuals.
