Islamabad, Sep 24: During his visit to Lahore on Monday, US Ambassador Donald Blome and Consul General Kristin Hawkins emphasized the US government’s commitment to the US-Pakistan ‘Green Alliance’ framework, which aims to address concerns related to energy, food security, and climate change.

“Tackling global challenges, like climate change, demands creativity, strong partnerships, and diverse perspectives,” stressed Ambassador Blome during her tour to Zyp Technologies.

Zyp Technologies has received financial backing from the US to actively reduce carbon emissions and combat air pollution by providing environmentally friendly transportation options. Pakistan’s transportation industry is undergoing a transformation thanks to the company’s cutting-edge electric motorcycles, which are guiding the country toward a more inventive and sustainable future.

Ambassador Blome also paid a visit to Agrilift AI Private Limited in Lahore, which has been supported by the US government in its efforts to draw capital for operations and research. Precision farming technology from AgriLift AI Private Limited is an example of how creative thinking can transform the agricultural industry.

“This initiative is merely one illustration of the US government’s assistance in developing agritech, enhancing crop productivity, and encouraging sustainable farming methods in Pakistan,” stated Ambassador Blome.

In order to preserve soil and water resources while also boosting agricultural output and farmers’ incomes, the US is still committed to collaborating with Pakistan. “Together, through partnerships and projects like these, we can build a more prosperous and brighter future for the people of Pakistan,” stated Ambassador Blome.
