Islamabad, Nov 3: 14th International Public Health Conference to Explore New Strategies for Strengthening Health Systems. Professor Dr. Shahzad Ali Khan, Vice Chancellor of the Health Services Academy, said on Sunday that the 14th International Public Health Conference will take place in Islamabad from November 5–6 to explore new tactics and creative ways to improve public health systems.
“Transforming Research into Action: Redefining Public Health through Social and Behavioral Change (CBC)” is the theme for this year’s conference, according to Professor Dr. Shahzad Ali Khan.
“Three major sub-themes will be covered at the conference: leveraging innovative technological applications, improving health outcomes by altering social and gender norms, and strengthening health systems through social behavior change,” he continued.
Global organizations like Pathfinder International and Nutrition International, as well as federal and provincial partners and other development partners, national and international NGOs involved in Pakistan’s health sector, as well as health professionals, researchers, policymakers, and government officials, are anticipated to attend the event.
The field of public health is changing quickly, and it is crucial to use contemporary research and technology to address these new issues. Professor Dr. Shahzad Ali Khan added, “This conference will be an essential forum for improving public health policies, where professionals from different fields will work together to address public health issues.”
This event will promote the investigation of novel methods to improve public health by focusing on different facets of health. Experts will discuss the most recent findings and real-world health experiences, which will help improve the public health system.
