The Cheque Deposit Kiosk (CDK), launched by the bank, also enables 24/7 real-time cheque processing, automating cheque handling with technologies like OCR, biometrics, and machine learning.

The bank uses innovative channels, including WhatsApp Banking, to provide personalized experiences and convenience. Its focus on customer-centricity ensures long-term satisfaction and easy accessibility.
