Islamabad, Dec 14: The temperature in Lahore dropped on Saturday, despite the morning sunshine, resulting in cold weather throughout the city.
The temperature reached 7°C, prompting many schoolchildren to look forward to their upcoming holidays due to the harsh conditions.
Early mornings felt even colder, with students braving the chill, further intensified by the winds. Meanwhile, Karachi has also begun experiencing colder weather, with temperatures falling to 13°C.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted that the temperature may drop to 12°C today.
The department also reported a 36% humidity level, with winds blowing at speeds of 8-9 knots. Daytime temperatures are expected to range from 24-26°C, with further drops anticipated in the coming days.
