Islamabad, Oct 23: DHA Multan Launches Construction Waiver Scheme for 2024-25. The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan published an announcement on their official Facebook page, formally announcing their Construction Waiver Scheme for 2024–2025. With up to 75% of development fees waived, this program provides substantial financial relief to property owners.
According to the announcement, owners would be entitled for a 75% discount in development charges if they finish the grey structure of their homes between September 1, 2024, and August 30, 2025. Additionally, individuals who inhabit their homes within the same timeframe will receive a 25% concession, which will allow for a full exemption from these fees.
As stated in the post, the program is only relevant to sectors where plot ownership has previously been transferred. By encouraging construction and accelerating the development of selected areas, this program seeks to save property owners a significant amount of money.
