Islamabad, Sep 20: Plots in the eagerly awaited Sector A6 were allocated on September 17th, thanks to a successful Mini Location Ballot organized by the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta.

The official Facebook page of the authority was used to make this news. In order to increase the value of their investments, Sector A5 stakeholders were also upgraded to the coveted Early Bird Sectors during the event.

The management of DHA Quetta emphasized the continued fast development in the Early Bird Sectors at the ceremony, demonstrating the authority’s dedication to prompt and effective advancement. This action, which had the stated goal of “strengthening investors’ confidence,” gave prospective and current investors more assurance over the project’s long-term viability and potential.

DHA Quetta had asked Early Bird clients to give updates on the developments in these areas during a previous meeting. By highlighting the advantages of early engagement, the authority used the platform to persuade property owners to expedite their development activities.

Those that start building on time will also have access to special awards. The Mini Location Ballot establishes DHA Quetta as a premier real estate opportunity in the area, in addition to the ongoing development and incentives targeted at investors.
