Islamabad, Oct 13: Education Secretary Vows to Revolutionize Public Schools with Bold Reforms. Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, the secretary of the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, vowed on Sunday to completely overhaul Islamabad’s public schools, turning them into models of excellence in just a year, with half of the work already finished.
He stated in a special interview with PTV News Channel that public schools are committed to offering high-quality instruction on par with or even better than private ones.In order to close the achievement gap between public and private education, he emphasized the importance of teacher training programs and cutting edge labs.
He continued, “This program seeks to provide students with the newest skills, expanding their employment prospects and preparing them for success in the digital age.” Declared that the radical reform of public education has brought about a dramatic change, the Secretary celebrated a crucial turning point in the field of education.
“Now, most private school students are moving to public schools,” he said. He continued, “This astounding reversal highlights the success of the government’s initiatives, which prioritize high-quality education, teacher training, and cutting-edge facilities.” According to him, the reform of public education is a big step toward offering top-notch instruction to everyone, regardless of financial situation.
In response to a question, Wani underlined the significance of patriotism, hard effort, and character development. She also said that students should concentrate on cultivating strong moral principles and a strong work ethic. He emphasized that “character building is essential for individual success and national progress.” In an effort to foster a favorable perception of Pakistan abroad, Wani also urged students to serve as ambassadors for their nation.
