Islamabad, Sep 12: Emirates is sponsoring the flights of two exceptional young golf prodigies from Karachi, Syed Daniah and Syed Abiha, to the United States so they can continue their education at Blinn College-Brenham Campus in Brenham, Texas.

Through enabling Daniah and Abiha to pursue higher education while participating at the top collegiate golf competitions, Emirates is further demonstrating its commitment to developing the next generation of athletes.

“These sisters have already made a significant mark on the World Amateur Golf Ranking list and these remarkable achievements have earned them full scholarships,” stated Mohammed Alhashmi, Vice President of Emirates for Pakistan. They have represented Pakistan in major international competitions as important members of the national team, receiving praise in nations like Scotland, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Dubai, and Thailand.

A driving distance of more than 240 yards and a handicap of 2, Syed Abiha, who is presently playing, has the greatest score of 70 (2 under), whereas her sister, Syed Daniah, who has a handicap of 1 and a comparable driving distance, has the best score of 69 (3 under).
