Islamabad, Aug 22: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has made the decision to impose strict guidelines on choice postings.
According to the FBR circular, there is a culture of using influence to get transfer postings, and this practice is compromising the institution’s credibility.
FBR cautions that “such behavior may lead to dismissal.”
The top tax collection organization stated, “FBR decides to take action by suspending such officers and officials and exercising influence will be considered misconduct.”
