Islamabad, Oct 31: Hubco to Set Up EV Charging Stations Across Motorways, Highways, and Key Cities. The primary stock exchange was notified on Thursday by the Hub Power Company Limited (PSX: HUBC) of its intentions to establish electric charging stations throughout the nation.
“A new venture, Hubco Green (Private) Limited, is in the process of incorporation with the goal of installing EV charging infrastructure across the country, including motorways, highways, major cities, and destination charging avenues,” the stock filing said, in keeping with our initiative in the Electric Vehicles (EV) domain.
“As part of our dedication to establishing a domestic new energy vehicle assembly facility in Pakistan, Mega Motor Company (Private) Limited and BYD Auto Industry Company Limited recently inked a technical license deal as well as a supply and manufacturing agreement.
These agreements supplement the June 2024 Distribution Agreement that the parties signed to introduce and market BYD’s automobiles throughout the nation,” the statement continued.According to HUBC, it is still appreciative of the trust and support that its shareholders, staff, business partners, and other stakeholders have shown in our pursuit of expansion and success.
