Islamabad, Oct 10: IBCC Expands Digital Verification System to Link All Educational Boards Nationwide. In order to help the candidates sort out the issue of authentication of their educational documents the Inter-Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) is on the process of integrating all educational boards of Pakistan with their online document verification system.
This endeavour is intended to let student records be verified by the portal itself, which will minimize such paperwork.The major boards such as federal board of intermediate and secondary education the Balochistan board and several Punjab boards have already been integrated. The latest in development is that IBCC and the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar inked an MoU for sharing data.
The agreement will enable the IBCC to have only the read-only access to the BISE Peshawar’s data through an API which claims to ease and hasten the process of scrapping documents. The MoU was inked between Executive Director IBCC Dr. Osman Ghulam Ali Malah and BISE Peshawar Professor Nasrullah Khan Yousafzai. The ceremony was attended by all from examination controllers, directors, and IT teams from both the organizations.
This partnership saves students the inconvenience of having to go through BISE Peshawar for the purpose of document checking. However, now those student from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can apply to IBCC verification in online, it will cost a less amount of money and time. With this move it is believed that other boards within the same regions will emulate this and improve on students’ learning throuch out the province.
