Islamabad, Mar 29, 2025: Karachi to Witness Warm and Arid Conditions During Eid, Says Weather Department
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that Karachi will endure warm and arid weather throughout the Eid festivities.
As per the latest forecast, daytime temperatures in the metropolis are anticipated to fluctuate between 35 and 37 degrees Celsius during the holiday period.
The early hours are likely to be dominated by hot and dry northwesterly gusts, whereas the evening may witness the return of sea breezes, offering some relief.

Additionally, the PMD has cautioned that the mercury levels in Karachi could climb further after April 4.
Meanwhile, widespread dry and warm weather is expected to prevail across the country today, affecting major urban centers, including Quetta, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Karachi. This weather trend is projected to persist for the next 24 hours.
Similarly, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are also set to experience dry conditions.
Islamabad, too, is forecasted to face elevated temperatures, with the possibility of further increases in the coming days. The existing weather pattern is likely to continue throughout the Eid celebrations.
