Islamabad, Aug 30: In the Gulberg region, the TEPA Directorate of Parking and Enforcement-II was active, sealing more than twenty-two homes for parking infractions. The operation targeted a variety of buildings, including well-known brand stores, showrooms, private offices, dining facilities, and coffee shops that have infringed on parking spots in violation of the law. It took place on Javed Iqbal Road, Sir Syed Road, and Blocks C-1, D-1, and L of Gulberg.

TEPA Chief Engineer Iqrar Hussain oversaw the operation, which was carried out by TEPA Enforcement Director Furqan Zaheer.

Separately, the LDA Town Planning Zone V intervened on Avenue I, Jubilee Town, Canal Road, and Raiwind Road in an effort to stop unauthorized building. Almost a dozen unlawful structures, including shops in Block D and under-construction shops in Block F of Jubilee Town that defied approved plans, were sealed and dismantled by the LDA personnel.

Unauthorized signs for an illegally established academy in Block A of Jubilee Town, restaurant construction near Avenue-I’s J Block Main Boulevard, pillars in Block H, marble halls and shops on Raiwind Road, buildings close to the Waris Factory on Raiwind Road, and an illicit store on Canal Road were among the other structures demolished. Additionally, a Canal Road drugstore was secured from unwanted modifications.
