Islamabad, Apr 29, 2025: The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), functioning under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, has announced a paid internship initiative to boost the involvement of young graduates in the rapidly expanding tech industry of Pakistan.

This program is tailored to equip aspiring professionals with practical experience and industry-relevant skills.

The internship scheme encompasses several departments, including Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, Industry Support, Data & IT Management, Operations, Finance, and Internal Audit.

Participants will gain real-time exposure to workplace processes, helping them transition from academic life to the corporate environment smoothly.

Internships will last for six months, with the possibility of a three-month extension based on individual performance.

Selected candidates will be offered a monthly stipend, making this opportunity not only educational but financially beneficial as well.

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to routine departmental tasks and assist in ongoing projects.
  • Perform research and data analysis to back team objectives.
  • Help create reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Participate in planning and execution of events and outreach campaigns.
  • Adapt to the organization’s systems and internal workflows.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must hold a minimum of 16 years of education in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Graduation should not be earlier than 2022.
  • The applicant must be 25 years or younger at the time of application deadline.
  • Strong skills in communication, analysis, and organization are essential.
  • Capability to work independently and collaborate within teams is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
