Islamabad, 20 April 2025: Peshawar Zalmi secured a commanding 120-run win over Multan Sultans in the ninth fixture of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 in Rawalpindi.
The victory was powered by a blazing half-century from Tom Kohler-Cadmore and a clinical four-wicket spell by Ali Raza.
Opting to bat first, Zalmi suffered an early collapse, losing both openers — Saim Ayub and Babar Azam — with just five runs on the board.
However, a brisk counterattack from Mohammad Haris and Kohler-Cadmore quickly shifted the momentum.

The pair added 79 runs for the third wicket in just 31 balls, with Haris smashing 45 off 21 deliveries before being dismissed by Ubaid Shah.
Kohler-Cadmore continued the onslaught, partnering with Hussain Talat for another crucial stand of 53 runs.
The English batter made 52 from 30 balls, hitting five sixes, before falling to Michael Bracewell. Talat added a valuable 37 before being removed by Iftikhar Ahmed.
The innings gained further momentum as Abdul Samad and Mitchell Owen hammered 73 runs for the sixth wicket, propelling Zalmi to 227 for 6.
Samad struck 40 from just 14 deliveries, while Owen contributed 34 off 15.
In reply, Multan Sultans faltered under pressure. Their chase stumbled early with skipper Mohammad Rizwan dismissed in the fourth over.
Usman Khan and Shai Hope attempted a recovery but their 36-run partnership was short-lived. Hope’s wicket triggered a dramatic collapse as the Sultans lost their final eight wickets for just 44 runs.
Usman was the only notable scorer for Multan, hitting 44 off 22 balls. The rest of the batting crumbled against Zalmi’s sharp bowling.
