Islamabad, Aug 8: In honor of Independence Day, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is offering a 14% discount on tickets between Toronto and Pakistan. The national flag carrier states that reservations made between August 1 and August 14 of this year would be eligible for the 14% fare discount.
A PIA representative verified that tickets from Toronto to Pakistan must be scheduled for travel between August 15 and November 14 in order to qualify for the 14% discount.It is important to note that during a variety of events and occasions, the national flag carrier regularly offers fare savings.
Conversely, on Wednesday, PIA started offering two weekly direct flights from Quetta to Jeddah. According to a PIA representative, 141 Umrah pilgrims were carried by flight PK 767, the first direct trip from Quetta to Jeddah. Governor of Balochistan Sheikh Jaffar Mandokhail said that the people of Balochistan would substantially benefit from the direct flights between Quetta and Jeddah.
