|Former Pakistan cricket captain Rashid Latif has pushed wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan and white-ball captain Babar Azam to review their batting plans or risk being left out of the T20I team.

Latif stressed the necessity for the team to modify and advance their strategy in a recent conversation on his YouTube channel in order to stay competitive in the game’s shortest format.
Latif cited the transformational models of Indian cricket legends Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. “To demonstrate how they transformed, I’ll use Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma as instances. Since he’s turned into a role model, Rohit has undergone 190 degree self-change.This year, his IPL strike rate increased to 160 from its previous 130 140. He transformed. Virat Kohli followed suit. Anyone can change if these two batters can, Latif said.

The former captain cited Rohit’s remarkable rise in his strike rate from 130–140 to 160 in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as evidence of his versatility. In a similar vein, several cricket players have expressed inspiration from Kohli’s development as a batsman.Latif’s remarks coincide with a critical juncture in Pakistan cricket as the squad looks to improve its T20I performance and hone its tactics. The goal of the amendment request is to make sure that important players like Rizwan and Babar may continue to contribute to the squad and keep their positions.
