The two-day event this year is focused on the future and is called “Guardians of the Future: Shaping Tomorrow with Generative AI.”

SOT Events has been at the forefront of discussions that influence society’s future for the last 24 years.

The 16th edition, published in 2023, focused on the world-changing potential of generative artificial intelligence (AI) and its profound effects.

SOT XVII provides a forum for in-depth contemplation and forward-looking conversations by bringing together thought leaders, specialists, and changemakers from many sectors.

Through keynote addresses, debates, panel discussions, workshops, and interviews, we aim to find answers and insights for a world that is constantly changing.

The incorporation of AI avatars that take part in the discussions as panelists is a novel and fascinating aspect of the SOT.

With a keynote address, Oscar-winning filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy kicked off the event.

Sanam Saeed, Mohib Mirza, Vaneeza Ahmad, Dr. Pervez Hoodbhoy, Zoraiz Lashari, Nafisa Shah, Mohsin Naveed Ranjha, and Tapu Javeri were among the other attendees.
