Islamabad, Dec 6: The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday concluded hearings on several significant cases, issuing directives and disposing of pending matters.

IT University Case

A six-member constitutional bench, led by Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan, ruled on a case involving the establishment of an IT University in Islamabad. The bench directed the return of investment funds to the petitioner and announced that a detailed judgment would follow.
