Islamabad, 26 Apr, 2025: The launch of the Motorola Edge 60 Series marks a significant step forward for the brand, with two new models the Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro now officially revealed.
Both phones introduce quad-curved displays into this category for the first time, focusing on durability, strong visuals, and stylish designs.
Running on Android 15, the series is designed to compete in the premium mid-range segment.
Design and Display
Motorola designed the Motorola Edge 60 Series around a 6.7-inch quad-curved p-OLED screen, offering a sharp resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.
Supporting HDR10+ and reaching a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, it is the brand’s brightest display to date. Pantone Validation ensures exceptional color accuracy.

The Edge 60 Pro is available in Pantone Shadow, Dazzling Blue, and Sparkling Grape finishes, each with a unique texture.
Meanwhile, the standard Edge 60 comes in Gibraltar Sea, Shamrock, and Plum Perfect color options.
Durability and Performance
Both devices hold IP68 and IP69 certifications for water and dust resistance and meet MIL-STD-810H standards, allowing them to withstand harsh environments.
Internally, the Edge 60 Pro uses the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, while the Edge 60 features the Dimensity 7300.
Each model offers either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Notably, only the standard Edge 60 supports microSD card expansion.
Software on both phones is based on HyperOS layered over Android 15. New Moto AI tools have been introduced, such as “Next Move” for smart screen suggestions, and an improved Photo Enhancement Engine for clearer images. Pantone SkinTone certification further enhances portrait photography.
Camera and Battery
Both handsets are equipped with a triple rear camera system, consisting of a 50MP Sony LYT-700C main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 10MP telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom. Selfie duties are handled by a 50MP front camera.
In terms of battery, the Edge 60 Pro features a 6,000 mAh unit with 90W wired and 15W wireless charging support.
The Edge 60 offers two versions 5,200 mAh and 5,500 mAh both supporting 68W fast charging.

Prices start at $433 for the Edge 60 and $684 for the Edge 60 Pro, with a gradual international rollout planned (excluding the U.S.).
